Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups paneer


  • 1 cups water


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 3/4 cups malai


  • 1 cups onion chopped


  • 1 cups chopped tomato


  • 2 tbsp udupi ruchi temptas tomato sauce


  • 4 piece black elaichi


  • 1 tbsp green chilli chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp red pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • In a kadai add oil and heat it
  • Now take the black cardamoms and then take out the seed of it and keep it aside
  • Now take the onion seeds of black cardamom and chopped Green Chili and put it into the heated oil and Saute it
  • Now when the onions transform into transparent colour put the chopped tomato into it and sorta it tell it become soft after that make it paste it will take 5 to 6 minutes
  • Now take some more oil and then heat it put that onion tomato gravy into it and Saute it very well
  • After 1 minutes add salt and turmeric powder Red Pepper powder black salt and tomato ketchup and sort it till the oil and the gravy separates both
  • Now after 5 minutes add 1 cup water and mix it well and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes more
  • After 5 minutes add the rest of the Malai and Garam Masala and then cook it for 5 minutes your curry is ready
  • Now add paneer and cook it for 10 minutes more after that close the lid and servr this Shahi Paneer with the chapati
